Apple crisp - since I always have apples in the frig. And Blueberry crisp - since I always have blueberries in the freezer. And, fruit! I try to make them lower in sugar.
My mom’s chocolate chip cookies! She’s tinkered with, and perfected, the perfect ingredients over the years - standout stars are 4 different types of chocolate chips she adds!
My baking win...that always looks so impressive, but really isn't too hard - the Rainy Day Chocolate Cake also known as "War Cake". Not to involved (there aren't any eggs!) and you can mix everything in one bowl. It always turns out great and everyone loves chocolate.
My go to item I bake for whatever the occasion has recently become Smitten Kitchen's sour cream pound cake (which I learned about on Alexandra's kitchen website as she featured it). Not only is it a one bowl, no mixer cake, that whips up on short notice, but it bakes into a very appealing finish with the cracked top and glistening sugar. It is made from ingredients most have in their kitchen. Prior to this it was a cream cheese pound cake made in a tube pan. Both of these are just so versatile.
I love the Healthy Pumpkin Muffins, from Cookie and Kate. Not too sweet or too rich but they always feel like a treat.
Snickerdoodles for the win!!
Browned Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies. Always add a tablespoon or two of espresso powder!

Bittersweet chocolate cream pie with a brown butter pecan graham cracker crust, topped with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
My baking always win is brownies with honey infused icing. Comforting, sweet and feels like you made extra effort (even though you didn't!).

My win is always pistachio cupcakes with dark chocolate frosting. They never last long. Also love Sarah Kieffer’s chocolate chip cookies 🙂

The pumpkin bread recipe in the old Fannie Farmer cookbook. It is magical and I always get asked about it.

Oh and I forgot to add that my muffin of choice is Joy’s Brown Butter Blueberry muffin. Love them!
My go to recipe is usually an apple crisp pie. It is wonderful especially when I get fresh apples from our local farm stand.
I love to make a delicious comforting sour cream coffee cake. It’s a favorite family recipe ❤️. At the end of the bake the house smells so heavenly!
Sticky toffee pudding.
Joy’s classic pumpkin pie though I’ve never made the chocolate whip!
