My most recent fridge foraging did me really well! French radishes with butter and sea salt, pistachios, prosciutto, baguette and cherries/stone fruit!

I’ve recently discovered the gift that is dill pickle hummus. A dollop on a plate accompanied by Wheat Thins (or the crunchy snack of your choosing), and a few pieces of deli ham and Swiss cheese rolled together. Delightful!

I love a snacking dinner. For me, my go-to in the summer is herbed goat cheese, and/or buttery Havarti, citrus-marinated olives, fresh cherries, and/or strawberries, sardines in olive oil with sliced raw onion, and lemon and olive oil. La panzanella crackers or crostini

Crispy chickpeas in a swirl of garlicky yogurt with herbs on top, bread, olives, summer fruit. Smitten Kitchen has a great recipe for the chickpeas. Or deviled eggs for dinner!
