For breakfast, apple maple sausages tucked into toasted English muffins. It’s work to make the sausage patties but worth it!

For dinner, my husband’s shashlik — it’s the Ukrainian version of kebabs. He learned how to do it when we lived in Ukraine and even bought his own metal rods to use for grilling when we camp.
