I’m a sucker for a classic yellow cake with chocolate icing.

A mini-cake for me - pumpkin muffins! I have a recipe that I’ve been making for 20years and every fall I get excited for the first bake. It’s seen me thru countless Thanksgiving prep marathons, and they get even better on days 2 and 3!

I love a chocolate banana loaf or chocolate zucchini loaf! I usually make one or the other at least once a month…

My fave counter cake is a lemon blueberry loaf. Anytime of the year TBH.

My go-to is Alison Roman's brown butter-buttermilk cake.

Pflumenkuchen (plum cake) whenever Italian plums are in season - I pretty much clean out my grocery store. Recipe comes from a 70s Dr Oetker book. Intrigued by the Buttermilk Plum Cake recipe in the new book!

My go to is Texas Chocolate Sheet Cake. I haven’t tried your pumpkin version yet but it’s in the menu this weekend!

Does Banana Bread count as a cake!?!Always a go to crowd pleaser and can change it up by adding chocolate chips or another fruit and of course nuts

Can’t mess with perfection!

My go to is a yogurt fruit filled cake because you can change the fruit with the season and it's just about the easiest cake to make out there...Just some flour, yogurt, a little butter and sugar and of course fruit set on top of the batter. :)

A coffee cake recipe I have been baking for more than 50 years. You can even put it together the night before; then pop it into the oven first thing in the morning.
